Company policy regarding exchanges: Please note that this section only applies to fashion items that are in stock and not to products that have been ordered and manufactured to order in advance.

A. How to return the fashion items?

The fashion details will be returned by registered mail to the company address listed in section 2 below.

– Customer from Israel – 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
– Customer outside Israel – 28 days from the date of receipt of the order.
third. Conditions for exchanging fashion items –

Replacement of fashion items will be done solely for two reasons: size or color of the same model of the fashion item.
A customer who wishes to exchange a fashion item for one of the reasons listed in section 1 above, must send the company an email detailing his request, before sending the item back to the company. The company will check whether the item that the customer requested to replace is in stock. If the requested item is not in stock, then the customer must return the item to the company’s offices and after receiving it at the company’s offices, he will be given a credit, in accordance with the rules set forth in these regulations, for the purchase. If the requested item is in stock then the customer must send the item he wants to exchange to the company offices and upon receipt the company will send him the requested item back.
It is clarified that the replacement of the order and the return of the fashion item to the website is conditional on the return of the item in its original packaging with the label and handcuff attached to it, just as it was sent to the customer without any defect.
A customer outside of Israel pay attention! The site can not offer you a fashion details exchange service. Therefore, a customer residing outside Israel who wishes to exchange a fashion item for one of the reasons listed in section (c) (1) above, must return the fashion item to the company address, the company will credit the customer for the purchase and then the customer can repurchase the item on the website
